Question regarding what color wheel to get to match my interior. I have the factory dark grey perforated leather seats. My current wheel is the grainy plastic. The OEM leather wheel comes in black or grey. I am guessing I should go with grey but please confirm. Thanks.
I thought they were all black. Where are you planning on purchasing this from? I have a family friend in Japan and I am working on sourcing some leather wrapped steering wheels for the North American market.
They all come in one color in the U.S. Prius, not black but dark gray/charcoal. Perhaps you're talking about non-U.S. Prius? I suggest getting a better quality aftermarket steering wheel. The leather on the OEM wheel isn't that high quality and is prone to wear at the top. They even have all leather versions if you don't want wood. I can't post a link but try a search for 2009 2010 2011 2012 TOYOTA PRIUS 30 JAPAN GENUINE LEATHER STEERING WHEEL The ad states the availability of 2 colors, Black Leather Mist Gray Leather I'm open to any suggestions and curious as to if someone else has the OEM leather wheel and can verify the quality is inferior to other brands. Naturally, I see many benefits of getting the OEM wheel.
2009 2010 2011 2012 TOYOTA PRIUS 30 JAPAN GENUINE LEATHER STEERING WHEEL | eBay Misty Gray leather (the darker gray of the two-tone) is what we have across the board in the U.S. Prius and matches the Misty Gray color of the dash. The black version is found only in Japanese and other Prius. Go ahead if you want the OEM wheel, but personally, the leather at the top of the wheel in my 2010 is deteriorating badly and I'm going to replace it with the JDM piano black wood/Misty Gray perforated leather steering wheel, which is a lot heavier and much more substantial than OEM.
My contact in Japan found a source for the half leather/ black wood and full leather. Much cheaper than the ones listed on eBay right now. Will know more information in a week or two.

What was the total cost including S&H and all the fees? Did you notice if they offer a full leather wheel without the bumps?
