    Allande,

I am sure you should have gotten the email. I would guess that it is in your "spam" folder. In terms of sequence, there is no question that you will be one of the first to receive your car.

Look again... I received the email at 10:01 AM (PST) and we ordered the exact same car and color.

Thank you John, I did look. Not there. I raise the point because it may affect many people. There are other ways to deal with a personal problem.

I got my Feb-March production email too. Order #270, but being on the East Coast I'll not be expecting anything as soon as the West Coast. Probably a late April delivery is my guess.

Thank you for the spreadsheet! It is very helpful.

A question: What is the column called "Timestamp"? What is the source of its content?

The Timestamp listed for me is 11/20/17:30:54

The email confirming my order was 11/17/9:16:59

If the Timestamp trumps the confirming email, some
    "splainin" is needed.

Got me. The spreadsheet comes from this thread. I didn't create it, just added that column.

But you (or anyone) can make changes directly in the spreadsheet, so you can fix any errors.

All Google Forms automatically add that column (timestamp), and it's the time at which the user filled out the form and hit "submit".

    Rebound,

Do you happen to recall when you confirmed your order? (or how long it took to make the final confirmation after you ordered?)

I placed my order around 9:10 AM, because my confirmation email from Toyota was stamped 9:13 AM. The dealer confirmation arrived at 3:34 (based on the time stamp of the email), and it was completed at 5:22 PM.

My email today said April - May. Order #3793 confirmed Dec. 8. I'm probably the last on line, or close to it.

If everyone entered their data in the spreadsheet, we'd get a pretty good idea of where the breaks are.

Build priority is determined by the date/time of the order completion email.

The order number only indicates when you submitted your configuration to the dealer.

Interesting that the email from Toyota I received yesterday stated build "between March and April", yet the last blast in December stated "between February and March". Wonder what the next blast will say. Being on the East Coast I understand extra transit, but with build being an about an hour, ship from Japan to West Coast is 9 days on the water, I wonder what the delay is all about. Reallocation to other regions? Order # 155.

It sounds like a bunch of people got a recent email from Toyota saying they can expect a March/April build time. I haven't received anything new recently but I got the following message back in mid-December. Did your recent email look like the following with the dates changed to March/April?

(I'm wondering if the February/March build time I received back in December probably is no longer true):

    you planted the seed.

All of us who pre-ordered should have gotten the same email by now, with build dates that were either Feb./March, March/April or April/May. The Feb./March emails went out in December.

All the rest went out yesterday, as announced by Prius Team earlier this week:

If you haven't already, please enter or update your information in the spreadsheet so we can all track progress as our cars get built and delivered.

No email so far, order #526, I'm just hoping they're building them. Communication process is a bit on the erratic side.

Apparently. I'd think you should have been in the first batch.

It would be nice if the My Order page included this information that we got in the email.

Do the dealers have this build date information?

The email gave a build date, not a delivery date.

Different people have different build dates. So far they have been Feb-March, March-April, and April-May.

There is more information about the build and delivery process in this post.

Build takes an hour? They must use quick-drying paint! :) Anyway, we'll learn more as the first in line receive updates, as stated at the bottom of that post.
