    What about the 12 people that will comment that there are features of the lightbulb mentioned in the manual that aren't actually in the production lightbulb, and then ask why they weren't included and if they'll be included in next year's model of the lightbulb?

    And then the 20 other people who will reply demanding for more detailed pictures of random spots that normal people wouldn't want to see on a lightbulb.
