2001 Prius with 3125 DTC, 12v battery system charging 13.9 all th time

    Hi guys, I need some help, I got a 01 prius with 178k, check engine light is on with code P3125, 12v battery is charging 13.9 all the time, vehicle on "D" position drives 3 mph and on "R" drives weaker for 10 ft and stops. Inventor cooling system show a good flow on the reserver lens. HV Battery with engine ruining has 297v, any idea could help me to start fining the problem, thank you in advance.

    Are you able to read the subcode of the P3125? it will be a 3 digit number.

    That will help.

    As Eric said, you need the 3 digits code (information code to find out exactly wrong with it and only dealer toyota scanner can read it). The p3125 can be: inverter pump, hv computer or transmission. It look like your car has a transmission problem.

    I want to add p3125 also related to inverter problem also called electric engine.
