European Colours for the 2006 Prius

Thanks, I am aiming for the driftwood pearl, maybe it is close to the southern bronze metallic

 

I think you'll hear some envious comments here. All five non-black-or-white colors look good to me. I'd go for bronze or possibly that green! Thanks.

 

My Toyota dealer in Ann Arbor, Michigan received their first 2006 Prius on the same day that their last 2005 car was being picked up by its new owner. By chance, the '06 was in Silver Pine Mica, a new color that I'd been considering for my own Prius.

I went to see the Silver Pine Mica (SPM) car on a typically gray and overcast December day. I've had issues with both Toyota and Honda's perspective that hybrid owners only like metallic colors. However, SPM looks very nice on the Prius and I've made it my first choice in exterior colors for my car.

 

Do you know the colors for the United States. I want to order my car but haven't seen the 2006 color choices yet.

I agree except the blue. It looks like the one they get in Japan. The rest look like the same will be getting here including the Magnetic grey. I am very tempted to wait for that but I am afraid I will loose the Tax credit for 2006 if I wait that long.

 

it's the same blue they are showing for the US model on their website. It's not what the actual color looks like anyway, but it's the same on the Euro and US.

Besides, they have 2 blues in Japan, the one we have and the navy blue.

 

And they somehow look quite different in person. Usually better.

 

right but the first post shows pictures of exactly the same colors for EU and USA. For some reason people like them better??? That's funny, they are exactly the same.
