05' CD Player in 04' Prius? Possible?

    Hi all, I have an 04' Package #9 w/JBL and 6-CD changer. I do not have a factory aux/ipod input. It looks like on eBay I can get a 2005 Stereo that has the aux...Does anyone know if this will be 100% compatible if I swap them out? My CD player does not work, so I need to get a new unit anyway.

    It should work. The audio systems were basically the same between 04 and 05 except for the aux.

    Can a gen 3 nav screen be retrofitted into a gen 2? The gen 3 screen seems more responsive to touch.
