I count 2 in mine, one in the front console under the temperature controls and the other in the trunk on the right.
So I guess that confirms my suspicion! When test driving the Prius and the Prius v, I seemed to recall that there was one in the console storage bin (between the seats) of the regular Prius, but that the Prius v did not have any. That seems like a real miss to me. One can not have too many power / USB ports these days!
Oh yeah, in addition to the front cigarette plug under the temperature controls in the Prius v, there is also a USB outlet. So if you count that, there are a total of 3 power plugs in the Prius v.
I recall noticing the lighter port in the console storage bin of the Prius v Five that I road-tested here in Puerto Rico. The Prius v Two that I finally got does not have it, however.
From what I heard, too many people were "catching" the power cables at the hinge from the center counsole damaging cables. You may purchase "splitters" 3 into 1 aftermarket.
