The Headrests are made by Vizualogic. They are the A-1280 model. They are not available for the 2012 Prius v . I ordered them for a 2011 Prius with grey leather interior. The DVD players are behind the monitors so the install is easy. Only 3 wires to hook up to the car. They have a built in FM modulator if you want to use it. I used a RCA to male headphone cable to plug them in to the AUX port for better sound. They also come with wireless headphones. Hope this helps.
