    Hello,

I may be soon purchasing a Prius V 3. Any thoughts on pricing?

    Did you pay MSRP?

I don't want to go in there with the idea of trying to rip-off the dealership (or them me)... I just want a fair deal.

    Thoughts?

I bought one yesterday. A Prius V3 with no other features. I used the Amex Auto website and got a price of $27,300. With 6% tax, I paid $29,000 out the door. So, I think I managed to do about $600 lower than MSRP.

    Thanks... Great price.

Just bought my V3. I used true cost.com. $27,482 with the rear number appliqué and mud flaps. So I think we both did good.

Wife and I are picking ours up in a few hours (1 day ahead of schedule). Unless the dealer changes up on us last minute, we'll be getting our v Three, Blizzard Pearl, for $26585, about $1800 below MSRP. This is in California where it seems there is more inventory though

Wow... Great price PDP! I ended up paying $27,125 which included the mats, mudguards, and the rear bumper appliqué. Feel pretty good about it. The dealership is known locally for providing excellent service and support after the sale... Which is often nearly as important as the initial cost. In any case, picked ours up last Tuesday... Loving it thus far.
