In my recent demo of an 06 prius, the MFD would not stay on the audio information. I'd hit audio and then a minute or two later the screen would automatically switch back to consumption information. I assume there is a simple way to lock the audio display but I didn't have a manual or time to figure it out. Please let me know if the audio screen can be locked in, or better yet set to the default screen. This would make my wife much happier about my decision to put a deposit down on the car.
yes, there is a user-selectable setup prefernce for that. so the wife says you can't buy a car that doesn't show the radio 24/7? good to see she's focused on important things
Another thread from the dead, but it's directly the question I'm trying to answer for my "new" 04 Prius. My has nav. I've gone through all the menus, and I don't see the choice. I just want the audio display to stay put when I select it. Is there an early/late/alternate configuration of the software that I might have? My INFO screen does not have a SETTINGS choice? Someone please tell me that this thing is not hiding in plain view. . .
