I have a 2001 prius that screeches most of the time when we start it up and the back up. It continues some time for five to ten minutes then might stop. Other times it stops sooner. It also did this a few times in the past--after screeching for a time the brake light went on then the ABS light. The screeching went off then a loud whine went on for a few minutes. We have had the brakes worked on and they lubricated the brake system that could be lubricated. Before I go crazy, any ideas? Thanks.
