Hood Release Cable Adjustment

    I have a 2005 Prius and the hood release cable has stretched. Does anyone know if the slack can be adjusted and how?

    Check the end by the hood latch. The jacket is held by a clamp, if it slipped, it would apear to be stretched but may just need to be reclamped. I had this happen, and had to modify the clamp to make it hold.
