What's your favorite Prius Color?

    I loved the light green on the gen IIs. When I bought mine, they only had red and blue on the lot. Had to order to get the solar roof, and silver was the only one coming by the end of the month, so I had no choice in color - long story, but it ended up getting me free tinted windows.

    I would have bought the blizzard pearl, if I'd seen one. I can honestly say, I love the silver with the solar roof.

    I just ordered a Prius Three in Sandy Beach Metallic. I like the color. I think it looks mature, conservative and sophisticated. Plus it looks like it will hide dirt well.

    My sister brought up the fact that the sandy beach is about the same color as the desert and the golden hills around us. It would get lost in our driveway. I liked the look of them when I've seen them on the freeway but couldn't see myself owning one when I actually stood beside one yesterday. Blizzard pearl is really a beautiful color and I can understand why it's popular but I didn't like it enough to pay a big premium for it. Bought that pretty blue one, sure looks cool in the sun.

    I think it looks even better on a pkg V (five) with the 17" wheels!
    Yes it never gets dirty!LOL.
    No sandy beach metallic for 2012,So love it or hate it! You have to buy a 2012 sienna van if you want that color.

    Blizzard Pearl!!! But I was definitely very partial to my 09 silver pine mica. A very cute muted green. :)

    By far the majority of them here in Malaysia are "White Pearl".

    Here choices are White Pearl, Silver Metallic,Abyss Grey Metallic or Red Mica Metallic!

    Right now my color of choice right now is Gen 2 SILVER PINE MICA, a light Silvery Green. I get so many complements on it!

    I have always favored Silver and Gray. Seems like you can't go wrong with Silver. However, in recent years I have been attracted to light pastels. My all time favorite Prius Color was in Gen 1 and called AQUA ICE OPALESCENT. Great "Icy" color that sometimes looks Green, sometimes Blue, and sometimes variations between the two.

    I love the Silver Pine Mica on Gen 2. This year I bought a used Gen 2, instead of getting a New Prius just to get that color. I was disappointed in the lack of cool colors offered on Gen 3. I also liked SEASIDE PEARL, and TIDELAND PEARL on the early Gen 2.

    Not sure of the name. But, there is a really nice Aqua-Marine color that is offered on the Gen 3 Prius that is sold in Japan only. Wow, if I could have gotten that color I would have bought in a second.

    Correct me if I'm wrong please, but I believe that greenish-aqua color IS going to be on the 2012s: Exclusive: 2012 MY Prius - Changes and Additions | PriusChat. They're calling it sea glass. You can best see it on the prius plug-in model car pictures (like the ones that were popping up all over the media when the official announcement came out).

    But I'm with you and love some of the earlier colors! That celery green and soft blue? Mmmm.

    When I went to my local Toyota lot to see if they had any new Prius' in stock there was only one color I was interested in. They had one and I grabbed it.

    Black with Black tints. SHARP!!! Have to wash often but man is it tight...

    the color I really wanted was red. But I was told that they no longer had any, nor would they be able to find one for me at this point bc they were no longer making them. I am sure that is all a bunch of cheez and bahloney but there was a nice shiny blue one calling my name so I took that one home.

    But now when I see all the prii around me on the road, I can genuinely say that ALL the prii looks awesome no matter the color. especially the newer ones. I probably think that bc of the lights beign frosted white with very little red showing if at all (i cant rememer right now not loooking at my car). Ive always thought tht the orange and red lights on the older (not talking about prii) cars were an eyesore.
