Bought a new 2011 Prius FOUR Winter Gray Base Model

    Hello everyone!
    I finally bought my first ever hybrid! Very happy and amazed by the technology!
    I think I got a good deal on the base model for 2011 Prius FOUR, not IV as it is not a 2010 which used uppercaes roman numerals - 27100.
    The dealers weren't willing to go any below here in our area - Portland, Oregon.

    What do you guys think?
    Anyways - happy to be here and owning the Prius finally :)

    If you paid MSRP or Below - That's a Good Deal. BUT Depends upon area of the country.

    Congratulations.. we too got a Prius Four, not IV for the same reason as above, and we couldn't be happier.
    Don't worry about the price, we kinda paid MSRP as well since the exterior/interior combination that we were looking for has a low volume.

    wow! you got a Four, not IV for the reasons above, or 27100? no options added? that's pretty good.

    I just bought a FOUR last week and there was no wiggle room at all on the price. From reading this forum, I realize that is pretty much the way it is all over the country.

    Congrats! I just ordered a Misty Grey Three, not III, with the Solar Package. Should be here in 10 days or so. I can't wait to drive it. All the dealers here are very hard on prices and most above MSRP. I found a fleet broker who found one for me that's on a boat right now. The Three's with Solar are in very limited supply, especially in any color other than red (I don't think anyone wants those) so price was non-negotiable.

    I have the same car. Bought it in March. 48MPG AVG on 21000 miles. If you want a NAV system try the garmin. It fit real nice in the small left window.

    Yeah you're gonna' love the solar. Worth searching for IMO. Congrats. Get it tinted ASAP!
