    Hello to everyone. I have been reading on the forums for a few weeks now and we finally decided to go ahead and get out prius. We got a prius II Plus and we love it! We traded in out 08 Infiniti g35. My wife and I have very long commutes and the Prius is the perfect fit. Here are some bics of our new Beauty (50 mpg):love: and our old Beast (21 mpg):rant:

    After getting a Prius in '09, I can't imagine getting any other car. I'll drive my current one until the wheels fall off and then buy another one.

    I hope you enjoy yours as much as I and so many others here on the forum have enjoyed ours.

    BTW, looks like a pretty sweet ride. I didn't realize that you could get the Plus package on the 2.

    Thanks, the the same thing I told the dealer when he asked how long I expect to drive my Prius, told him till the wheels fall off.

    Found this on the toyota site, guess the plus package comes on all prius models, but the price drops a bit in the Prius Five:

    The MSRP pricing of the PLUS Package is $3699 for the Prius Two, Three and Four (low-profile tires included), and $2999 for the Prius Five.

    Prius PLUS is only available in the following colors: Classic Silver Metallic, Black, Blizzard Pearl, Winter Gray Metallic.    ​

    this is the first plus package I have seen! Makes the Prius two-four a whole lot better! Most people won't pop the extra $$$ for the plus so you won't see one on every corner! Nice ride,Enjoy.

    Ok I am picking my 2011 Prius II this afternnon. I just know I am going to have to fight for floor mats. When I first looked at Prius, I told salesman about the horrible experience I had yrs ago with Honda, driving new Civic off lot only to find it did not come with mats. Had to go back to Honda and fight and scream before they gave me mats. Toyota Salesman said to me" don't worry, we're not like that. The car will have mats." Went through the financial ordeal yesterday. they gave me their "best" rate of 3.65% that they got from MY bank. I call my bank and apply, 2.59%

    Let's see what happens this pm

    good luck with your purchase, my sales guy threw in the blulogic bluetooth for free and we got financed at 1.9% thru toyota finanacial. this 1.9% is hidden and the guys says they don't advertise it. make sure u get a good salesman and stick to what you want.

    I've been looking to get a prius as my first new car purchase. The local dealer is asking around 29,000 out the door for one of these prius+ IIs. (This is w/o haggling). May I ask how much you paid OTD for yours, just to see what I think I can get them down to? Thanks!!

    Thanks for posting, this is the first one I have seen other than Toyota pictures. The wheel/tire packge looks great and I think they dropped the suspension by a little over 1 inch.

    Like it better than a Prius Five.

    The Plus package is really put together well - looks great! And, as somebody else already mentioned, your car will stand out a bit for having it.
