well we had our first rain today and I took the beast out but could not find where to turn on rear window defroster...there was the logical place on the steering wheel but it did not seem to defrost...is there a screen turn on? thanks
The round button on the lower right section of the steering wheel has controls for re-circulating (vs fresh air), front defroster, and rear defogger. These can also be accessed through the "climate" screen on the MFD. See pages 186 & 184 respectively in the 2005 owner's manual. There are indications on the instrument cluster (to the right of the speedometer area) for all three functions, recirc (green), and front and rear defogger (amber). see page 7 of the manual. Norm
