Hi all - I've had my Prius for a few weeks now and I love it. I do a lot of my own maintenance (oil changes, air filters and the like) but I'm not going to rotate my tires and check all the other stuff. A dealer ship will note the service on the CarFax which is nice to have when I go to sell it/trade it (I don't know if indys can do this). I've read terrible things about the dealers in and around Boston. Anyone know of a good one? I'm looking for competent techs and non-sleazy service managers (who isn't?). Thanks.
Good luck man - if it's anything like Chicago, finding a decent (e.g. competent) service department is goign to feel damn near impossible (read the google maps comments - Wth).
Yes, as mentioned above - Acton Toyota. Both my wifw and I have bought may Toyotas from this dealership over the years. Their service dept is top notch and they RETAIN the majority of their help, year after year. The regular maintenance, as well as warrenty repair work, has been very good.
