They rank LeBron #1, Wade #3, Bosch #22 - Dirk Nowitski is just #4 behind LeBron and Wade....no other Maverick in the top 25. Based on the rankings, why didn't the Heat decisively beat the Mavericks in the Finals? It's strange after the Heat choking in the Finals they still rank LeBron and Wade so high.
You being from Dallas I understand the frustration. I look at plenty of Sportsnation Polls/maps. Individual game play and talent is where that list derives from. The Mavs are stronger as a team, but perhaps not 1v1. You know, like synergy. Like Hybrid Synergy drive. With that said, I HIGHLY disagree with this list like you, only for different reasons. KOBE BRYANT is the best basketball player in the world.
Because winning a championship is a team effort. Winning is about teams. The media is about stars and fantasy stats. The Celtics won a dozen championships without anybody near the top in scoring.
