If you live within in the Southern California Air quality management district, it is illegal to use isopropyl alcohol to clean your wiper blade if you use your car for business purposes. I was told it is a $5000 fine by the agents that harrassed me.

    Amazing. I guess they're worried about VOC's?

    I don't get alcohol being a pollutant.

Even bakeries here are regulated because of the yeast in the bread. The only solvents we can use, must either be water based or acetone.

    Your document was impressive!
I have a 2001 Prius. Do you have information about the wiper blade?
I wonder how can I know how long of each blade is, and can 2001 Prius share same wiper blade with another Toyota model?
Thank you very much for your help!

That was the very last thing I did to my 2001 before trading up for the 2004. All that log-entry says is that the cost was $7.43 and it only took a few minutes... but it was simple enough to inspire the making of that document the first time my 2004 needed new wiper-blades.

I think windshield wipers should be an option in Southern California. I could have saved a few bucks on my Prius.
