2005 with level 6 but no place to plug in an iPod, the wife is miffed... Anyone know if there's a way to hook up a jack for the 'pod like on the later models?

...and your point is...? I've read about all the doo-dads you can add, my question to be more exact is : "can you hook up an iPod jack like the later models to an '05". That clear enough or should I put my wrist out for the ruler?
As you know, there is no aux input in the 05. You are, therefor, asking about the doo-dads. Consider your wrist slapped!
I had my local stereo shop add in a powered ipod plug into the back of the system. It works by cycling through the DVD button - it flips between the ipod and the DVD player. They did it when they installed the Ultimate Lockpick from Coastal Electronics. Assuming you have the DVD NAV system.

I installed the DICE Silverline Pro in my 2005 (package 6/JBL). It works great. The only annoyance is the scrolling artist/title text flashes as it scrolls, which is distracting. Holy mackerel.. berk, You can see the thread date at the bottom of a post. If you click on the members name, you can see the last time they were on the site.
