I've seen some people wait 6+ months to get their Prius. Is this because finding new Prius is nearly impossible these days? or is it because of buyer ordering a specific color and option list, etc? 7 cars is not a lot of inventory. Right now Twos & Threes are out there but try finding a selection of Fours & Fives with the option packages. Some combinations have always been relatively easy while others have always been tougher. If Toyota took retail orders it would be easier but the Region orders what it wants to sell then allocates the cars to the dealers.
It's gotta be a West coast East coast thing. Like I mentioned in the other thread about the dealer being a "liar", every dealer out here in Los Angeles has a few dozen. Some even more than that! Buy a plane ticket! And good luck!
