Toyota offers badges to Prius owners

That's pretty sweet, I guess I was alittle slow on the application,but I had not received my Prius at that time

 

That definitely is one of the 1,000 badges; not one of the 10,000 stickers.

 

Just as I had forgotten all about it, my Toyota envelope came in over the weekend.

I received a nice looking plastic badge (I didn't know they were sending out stickers, too). Unfortunately, I ordered my badge after having had my Prius for only a month or so so it looks like a pretty, white badge with a small amount of bird poop on it.

Oh, well, it still looks nice.

 

Well, I posted that I signed up just after you did back in May, so if you got #75, I should be within the first 1000, yet I've not received either the badge or the sticker! I wonder if they realized mine was screwed up and just scrapped it?

just got my ride 2 weeks ago.. will I get one these badges..

 

Seems like some of the posters who signed up two days after this thread started got a sticker, indicating that the badges were sold out in two days?

 

Not unless you signed up for it a long time ago.

 

I'm just going off the time stamps on the posts within this thread, it was started at 01:22am on 18 May, Rae Vynn posted she signed up at 08:59pm, I posted that I signed up at 09:42, and Ryanpl said he signed up at 11:26pm and he was one of the first 1000 (confirmed by Prius Team in a later thread). Being as all those posts were on the same day and around my post, I figured I would have gotten something being as they have received theirs... Just saying...

 

I received the badge for my 04 but have not received anything for my 11. Wondering if I will at this point. Badge sent to our business address came. Still waiting for the badge sent to our home address.

 

Maybe Rae signed up for one long before she posted about it on PC?

 

So it's probably safe to assume you'll get a badge. Make sure nobody in your household throws away what looks like junk mail.

Terms of offer says one badge per person/household (you're supposed to put down the combined mileage of all the Prius you have), so unless you entered a different name for your home address it looks like you may not get another one.

 

That's what I thought too (see page 1 of the thread) but I remember some people recently saying they received 2 (one for each car) to the same house. Here's the quote:

^Yeah. Or maybe they were one of the first 1000 but received a paper badge out of punishment for not following the rules! :-P

 

Got mine last week.

 

I got mine last week as well (badge) and put it on to the left of the rear tag as was suggested by some users. I applied just shortly after this thread was started (within hours.)

 

One Prius is in my name and the other is in hubby's name. We used two different names and two different addresses. I actually have two Prii in my own name but didn't order one for the 07 as daughter didn't want one.
