After a couple years of people claiming my headlights were out and them working fine when I checked, I finally noticed it wink out intermittently. By now, it's out within minutes of turning it on, though it turns back on when I flip the lights on and off. This seems like the infamous HID headlight issue. I got notice of a lawsuit a few months back, but I hadn't made any repairs at that time. Is it just too late now?

Thanks for that link. I'm having a similar issue with my HIDs and it turns out I'm below the 50,000 mile & 5 year mark .
