Part Number for Vanity Light???

    I have a 2006 Prius and need to replace my vanity light. PepBoys and O'Riley don't know the part number or light number they said they just need to see the light to get the number off of it. I can't get it out myself, so wondering if any of you experienced this already and happen to know the part number I can ask them for? That way, I can just go buy it and have my husband replace it later when he has time.

    How many people does it take to change a Prius lightbulb? 3: You, me, and your husband. The guys at PB/ORiley don't count, they have no souls.

    The part number for the vanity light is 3022 (or also 3175/3021/6428/6430). They are all the same. These types of bulbs are called festoon bulbs and are elongated kinda like a football, about 31mm long.

    What is a "Vanity" light anyway? Is that like Vanity Fair?

    I just wanted to thank you for your SUPER QUICK reply, because of you I was able to get the lights that same day at Pepboys. So thanks again. And, um....at the risk of being exposed....Ummm.....I guess I should have checked to make sure the sliding door accross the mirror was completely open before I tried to turn the lights on...because my lights were absolutely fine....turns out the only thing burned out was my brain! DOH!
