Hybrid emblems on a 2005

    Good day everyone. I was looking at another Prius today and I noticed that it had an emblem that said HYBRID on each of the front fenders. My 2005 does not have them. Is it missing them or did it not come with them in 2005?

    They didn't come on the 2004-2005 Prius. Thankfully IMO as I do not like them. The less emblems the better. :D

    IMO, attaching HYBRID badges to a Prius is a textbook example of redundancy. I understand that the hybrid versions of Camry and Highlander might need those badges - but not Prius.

    Next time you park next to a newer one, take a look at the dash too. There are slight differences.
