This is a custom sub enclosure (with an 8" RF Punch Stage 1 driver) for a 2004 - 2009. It fits in the area between the right rear wheel well and the tail light (some would call this the right side cubby hole). The fit is perfect, and it has gray carpet that matches the '05 (don't know about other years). The full story on how this enclosure was made is in this thread: It's a passive sub, so you'd need to power it with an amp. $200 plus shipping.
