Just picked up my new 2011 Prius II. It's blizzard pearl, and it's gorgeous!! Driving it was fun, and I'm anxious to delve into the owner's manual to learn, learn, learn!! It is so cool to be driving along using only a battery. After driving a 1997 Avalon for the past eight years, this is like a space-age car!!

Congrats! Do you notice any distinct volume and quality difference in your fm radio vs the satellite radio?
I just got the base model radio. I am going to have an aftermarket stereo installed within a week...JVC or Pioneer...still trying to decide. I had a nice stereo system in my Avalon, so the radio in my Prius is just ho-hum, and I don't have satellite radio at all.
Congrats on the new Prius!! I just picked up my Prius Two 4 days ago. I agree with the radio being "ho-hum", and I'm thinking about an upgrade as well. I checked out some systems yesterday. I was on the fence about it until the salesman turned the Kenwood on and started going through the navigation and iPod menus. Still don't know yet, but I don't want to be in my car with a marginal stereo system. When you get yours done I'd love to hear what you got, and how you like it. Have fun driving!
Well, I don't want a nav system...I just want a great way to play my 6,000 songs on my iPhone and also have Bluetooth. I've been looking at the Pioneer AVH-P3300BT and the JVC KW-XR810. I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with the JVC...it's cheaper and will do everything I want...it's just not a touchscreen like the Pioneer. I'll keep you posted!
