WTB AZ car with HOV plate

    as the title says, I am interested in buying an Arizona car with a blue HOV plate.
    I am only interested in a car with the plate.

    selling 2007 Touring w/ pkg 6. dark gray, w/ TRD sportivo suspension (installed by toyota dealer). Looking for $16500k, obo... I am the orig owner, it has 60,xxxx miles. It was in an accident (only cosmetic) and the body shop did an outstanding job.     In Arizona, the plates stay with the seller. Will they let you keep the plates with the car?

    do you still have the plate? was it from the original release? Will you sell it? It IS LEGAL, we would meet at the DMV and it can be transfered.

    How can it be done? They told me ownership has to remain the same. Im guessing you co buy with the seller the. Have him sign a release afterwards?
