    Err .... $38k to buy this base Prius ? I must be misunderstanding.
    Ballpark, 5% apr financing will add 8% to the purchase price, so the OTD original price was $35k ?

    It you want to buy the car today (instead of leasing car for the next 33 months), the payoff to buy the car from Toyota financial is $23,383.99.

    If you lease the car for the full 3 years and want to buy the car after the lease is over, you can buy it for $14,522 at that time.
