I'd say he is a "lead head." Looking at the pictures of his compound ... whew! Special forces relieved him from his misery. I wonder if the Lyban president has awaken to the fact that the same team could snuff him out with significantly less effort.
Since lin Laden was not a head of state, it's legal to kill him, but Gaddafi is a head of state and assassination is illegal. Sending in SEALs to get Gaddafi is clearly assassination, but bombing a "high-value site" he happens to be in would be one of those "Opps!, sorry you were there."

I saw this on CNN, it's on the fields outside and adjacent to his compound's walls. I'm not sure if he was growing MJ in the plot inside his compound. If so, perhaps it was growing as a weed and he decided there were other uses
Apparently Osama was allergic to cigarettes. Just read on CNN that his couriers had to smoke outside the compound when they ran errands.
