I was wondering if there is a way to control the dimming (darkening) of the Navigation display when you turn on the headlight. When you turn on the headlights during the day (say for better visibility or something), the display darkening makes it hard to read. Is there an override somewhere that I haven't found? Rotate your dimmer switch up until it clicks. That makes the nav screen stay in day mode but also makes the dash lights stay in day mode. Or you can hit I think it is the display button to the bottom left of the screen and activate day or night mode.
Thanks, I turned my lights on and the whole display went black today. I did turn the dimmer up but it was real hard to read. I didn't know there was a click switch.
