    You can change your smart key to open all locks instead of just the drivers door. (Hold lock and alarm button and listen for the car beeps). Check your owners manual.

    Doesn't help when you're in the car, but with a bag of groceries in hand walking up to it just touch the handle on the way around to the back and it's ready to open up, no fumbling with the key at all.
