2011 Silver w/Dark Grey Interior - Question

    Hey all,

    I have a new 2011 Prius II in silver with dark grey interior. It just donned on me that the hatch area color is much lighter than the rest of the carpet. Is that normal?

    Yes, all the interior trims (Dark Gray, Misty Gray and Bisque) have this same light gray color.

    Phew, thanks for confirming that. I was halfway worried the wrong color hatch carpet had been installed.

    Seems kinda silly for it to be such a light color when that area would get the dirtiest because the types of things thrown in there, well, except for right at the driver's feet.
