Check with a higher end stereo shop. They can do lighting installs as well as custom fabrication. I'd also suggest looking into projectors for your fogs unless you are truly looking for a fog light and not an auxiliary light source like 90% of us.
The foglight install is very easy especially if you buy the foglight kit from the Priuschat shop. The instruction are very easy to understand.
