front seat cushions for upper back

    has anyone found any for comfort. I do not want more lumbar, just the upper back support. I recently took long trip and what pain! in the back.

    I use a small accent-type pillow for the back, and a neck rest that straps to the headrest that I found on eBay.

    Of course, it is different for different people. I find that I need a little more lumbar support.
