    If you are handy I have read on many forums they do a Foglight fix with lexan. Which cost $5.00 in a piece of Lexan LX10 .093 thick at home depot. 2hrs for cutting, fitting and 8hrs drying for the silicone adhesive ($4.00). The accord, civic & rsx forums have tutorials that I have seen.

    If you broke the shroud, you can probably find a replacement part online.
