Bob Hanks? Hmmm, name rings a bell. Perhaps Bob has castaway somewhere?

 

I for one found his accident reports strange as they went on and on and I couldn't figure out the benefit. He posted lots of useful info as well, but I started to call him accident Bob in my mind. I also believe people complained to the moderators and site owner so they did the right thing and asked him to stop and he got in a huff and left. Also for those who were on at the time they even explained the entire exchange - no tears from me.

What is interesting is I see Bob W post on Yahoo and I haven't seen any accident tomes at all.

looking at the last posts that i can find it dont strike me as a lot if any,, maybe some are removed?
anyway my personal feeling is that he or anybody can post about accidents and i dont think bob is the kind of guy that would post horror pictures or did he?
and because its a "private" forum there is morefreedom i think
also what "private" of a forum is this when its so bublic know and open to read for everyone.
but anyway i dont think we need to make fun of him know he is gone.

I hated for this thread to start, even though it was an honest question. It would have been better to have just clicked on bobwilson4web and see the last few posts or ask privately.

Even though he can come back if he desires, it's better to move on rather than exhume the topic with threads like this.

 

However...

It should also be recognized as an ultimatum that has really been not enforced...

Bob doesn't post because he doesn't want to... not because he can't... I know of folks that used to be here and can't post... just saying that ain't the case with Bob as far as I know.

His motivations are valid to him... the owners motivations are quite valid to them...

Owners of the board have a right to declare what the conditions of being able to post are.

I am thankful there is a venue such as this on my favorite Prius board to post stuff that is not directly Prius related. The car wrecks he posted, much more often than not, were.
