If you are driving your 2010 Prius, you are warrantied. There are two dealerships in town -- "Desert Toyota" on East 22nd, and "Precision Toyota" on the NW side, near the Tucson Mall. It may come down to "what's the shortest tow?" Good luck.
You should have free roadside assistance as part of the 2 year free maintenance package that came with the 2010 (depending on when you purchased). If you have that, call the 800 number and have it towed to the nearest dealership.
Since your ID says your in Canada, I'll assume you're travelling through Arizona. That's quite a trip. I'd think any Toyota dealership will take care of business.
4th Ave Service Inc. in Tucson is good.. I don't know their sched. and if they offer the services that you need. Try to find them here on Arizona auto repair,I suggest you call them first..
