Have you had to add oil between 10,000 oil change?

I've owned my for almost a year and I've not had to add oil. I've not heard of anyone having to add oil. Have you had to add oil? If so, is it because of leaks, underfilling, or consumption?

 

I just had my 25,000 mile change done, and I did not have to add any during that 10,000 mile period. If it dropped any on the dipstick, it was negligible, as in less than 1/8 of an inch..

 

+1 Same as above, just completed the 25k mile change and have not had to add any oil to date. Hope it stays that way.

 

I just did my 30,000 oil change. I've never had to add oil and I check it weekly. My last change was the first 10,000 interval. It was 5,000 before that.

 

Haven't had to add oil in my 2010 Prius or to my 2011 Rav4, hope it stays that way!

43k miles and never ever had to add oil. Trouble is I'm getting slack at checking the oil now as it never differs.

 

I too have never added any oil between changes.

When I change my oil I fill it to within 1/8 inch of the full mark, when I change it 10K miles later it may be another 1/8 inch below that.

 

I too haven't added any oil between 10k. mi. changes. I've got 45k. mi. and mostly highway driving.

 

We drive two Gen III Prii, one with 12K and the other with 17K miles. Both have a little over a year of faithful service. Other than regular oil change (first Prius at 7K and second Prius at 5K, 11K & 17K miles), we have never needed to add a drop of oil.

 

I'm at 20K miles, check my oil level monthly (when I check tire pressure), and have never had to add any oil (I do 5K miles oil/filter service, not 10K).

I change oil, Mobil One 0w20, every 10,000
miles and use only 4 quarts, so I will not overfill.

I have not had to add any extra oil. In fact nearly
4 quarts drains out when I change it.

I now have over 46,000 miles.
