2010 Prius has the same size seats as 2006-2009 model?

Yes they are larger. I'm not postive be alot of people here have said they made them bigger with more leg support. I'm sure other will give a sure answer soon.

 

All I know is that the seats in a 2004-09, feel different than to 2010-11, the lumbar support is different and the new ones are more comfortable, not sure of physical size. Hope this helps some.

 

The Gen III package V has excellent lumbar support in the drivers seat that is not available in the other Gen III models.

Leather comes from the skin of an animal, generally from cattle.
PVC is "poly vinyl chloride" a synthetic substance, prominently known for its use in plumbing and wrapping.

I hava a Gen III package Four, it has driver seat lumbar support. I think it's standard on the Four.

 

Thank you for the correction. The lumbar support in the driver seat must be in the package IV too and perhaps in levels above II. Our Gen III, package II does not have adjustable lumbar support.
