Could not help but notice the number of Prius in WDW this past week for our family vacation. Saw plenty of them on the interstate, and all throughout the parking lots all over Orlando... was surprised.
They're all over the place in Dallas and OKC and even thicker on the west coast. We also saw quite a few at Disney and Universal back in January.
Hey, if you have to drive all the way to disney world you'd beg borrow or steal a prius to save some cash on petrol!
In Florida, Vermont, I see Prii all the time. Everywhere, they are not a minority. Yet in my hometown of Montreal, the Prii drivers are quite the minority. I see more Smart cars, just because they are cheaper to buy. ( I chatted a Smart driver at the pump once, and he was putting Regular instead of Premium, I told him he could be voiding warranty and/or causing damage. He couldn't care less.) Yet my monthly car payment + gas consumption total $$$ = < my previous Toyota Sienna $$$. Less maintenance; less oil changes, no engine tuneups & no brake jobs.
Yep, One of them was the wife and I driving a rental unit. This is the ONLY car we will rent. DBCassidy
Makes sense to me. Smart people buy Prius and smart people go to Disney, or Cedar Point, or 7 Flags, or bar drinking
We actually drove into Celebration and parked right on the main market street. No meters, no hassle. Imagine living in a theme park! I must say that our Prius fit right it with the vibe.
We actually did see a red with a sunroof.. but don't remember which lot. cool... Plenty of them to see.. I was really surprised...
