I was told there is no TPMS reset button for the 2010 Prius.

Is this true? I have not found any reset button under the dash.

False. It is just to the right of the steering column, about where your right knee would be. Look below the steering column and find the OBDII connector. The TPMS reset button is just to the right and slightly recessed.

I have to get on my knees outside of the driver door to be able to find it.

Thank you, I found the button.

Sunnyvale Toyota service advisor is clueless!

You can but the warning light will come on. I get use to after that first couple of days.

...and don't then ever press the "reset" button with TPMS sensors not near the vehicle. If you do that, the sensors won't be "found" and the TPM warning system will "error out," requiring a code-clear.
