Hi all, may I ask if anyone could tell me how to remove the dash of my GenIII?? I'd like to install Ipod Cable under the CD player... Many thanks!! Clement
Thanks a lot mate, actually I've found that link and that PDF is much helpful... but it's just that I cannot feel the click while i try to take it off, so I havent actaully got it done yet. may I ask if you would be able to describe a bit more on how to do remove the first piece? will you be able to post one or two photos on where exactly the place i should pull on?? sorry for the hassle....
No problem... totally understand the fear factor. On either side of the shifter about 1" down from the top surface you will feel a seam. Put your fingertips/nails in the seam at point labeled 1 in the attached picture and give a good firm lift up. Once the tabs release, do the same to the black piece around the shifter itself and remove. The rest is history. Good luck!
