Toyota dealers sell 2 kits: 1. 2 spray cans - basic color + clear coat for bigger damage 2. 2 small bottles - basic color + clear coat, together with small brush and sponge
A local dealer for me had a pen: color at one end, clear coat at the other. It's a genuine Toyota product. The applicator is a fibrous material, similar to a felt pen but just a bit stiffer. I kind of prefer the older brush in the cap type, but I'm giving it a try.
