It doesn't look like the battery is damaged though. I've been around wrecked Prius' enough to know that your battery is unharmed.
You may want to have your own insurance company involved in the negotiations, if they will help you. They can make the other company play fair in putting a value on your car, and should have your best interests as their customer at the top of the list. Once your insurance company pays out on your behalf, say for a rental car, they have what is called "subrogation of benefits" and can go after the other insurance company. They carry a much bigger stick than you can negotiating on your own. Good luck.
