Will this interfere with the gas pedal...and how far it can travel?? I forgot how far up does the carpet mat go.

I've had mine for a couple of months now, and they don't move at all. :thumb:

There is no movement whatsoever of the Husky Liners. Mine goes UNDER the gas pedal and there's no way that it could interfere. I removed the factory carpet holders so the mats would fit better. The HuskyLiners are excellent. Very easy to keep clean, and holds lots of snow and slush and sand.

Mine move, about an inch, I pull them back every couple of weeks, there is no doubt mine move. Maybe if the carpeted mats were under them they wouldn't but I didn't like the fit over the carpeted mats.

Maybe it's a factor of big winter boots all the time.

But to repeat, this movement does not impede ANYTHING in ANY WAY.

^ Looking at those photos i think you are one of the few prius owners that makes them work like a construction pickup truck crew :p I am allot more gentle when i get in the car so who knows but i have no movement on mine, i think by having the rugs under the Husky doesn't sit on the hook and that might be a reason, don't know so far i love these things and am very happy with the purchase.

BTW the pedal is no where near the mats as it sits high from the floor. If i get a chance today I'll take a photo of them.

    I LOVE THESE MATS! :)

That's why I showed the picture of how much crap they keep out of the carpets. I merely noted the minor movement I get because so many people ask about it due to pedal-paranoia. ;)

They do an excellent job doing what they are meant to do, plain and simple.

Yup, confirmed for me. Thanks!!!!! Good fit. Does not affect the gas (nor the brake) pedal.

I just placed an order from streetsideauto.com for the black weatherbeaters floor liners. I used coupon code HUSKY2011 and saved $11.52. -- total $84.46 (free shipping). Now, I hope they get here soon before our next snow/ice storm here in Ohio.

I placed the same exact order too and used the HUSKY2011 code. Came out to the same price.

I received the tracking number and Fedex shows a delivery date to El Dorado Hills, CA on March 1st. Not bad for free shipping and it's around $16 cheaper than Amazon.

A bit of praise for the rear seat tray. We do carpool duty 3 days a week and 8 year olds with winter boots and stuff can be messy. The full-width coverage of these is as GREAT in the back as it is in the front.

While I expect to run the carpets up front during summer, I'll be leaving the Husky in the back year round.

I noticed that your seat is further back. As I'm short, my seat is pushed forward quite a bit more, so there's no gap between the husky mats and the floor where the front edge of my seat lines up. For me the mats don't move (or at least if they do, I don't notice it). I will use mine year-round. I took out the Prius mats and am storing them to keep them pristine.

ah yes, I hadn't thought of that! You are correct, my seat is all the way back so that's probably the only reason I notice it. :thumb:

Really glad to have had these over the winter. May do as someone else suggested and remove the fronts for summer but am happy with how they have performed for sure!

Well, the snow and ice seem to be safely in the past for this winter 2010/2011. I purchased the Husky liners front and back in December when I bought my Prius and they have performed wonderfully. The full width liner for the back seat is great since my 5 year old enters from both sides of the car and often has to cross over to the side where her car seat is installed. I can't recommend these husky liners enough!

Mine just arrived and I placed them inside my Prius last night. They look amazing in my car! I bought the black ones b/c I have dark grey leather interior. They fit perfect and look sleek and pricey for what I really paid for them. I'll get some pics for y'all later...

It looks like you bought the right mat for what you need!
I decided on the weathertechs even after reading the reviews.
Wanted something I could leave in year around and premium look.
Theres one guy that bashes them repeatedly, But I could see what it was about. Most snow on record 90 inchs not a drop of water on the carpet
