Blackberry Bluetooth Troubleshooting Help Needed - Car Says a Call is in Progress w/o Me Dialing

I have Blu Logic (not sure of the name, but its not bluetooth) in my 2010 Prius and I can't figure out how to connect my phone to it. I follow what the manual says to do and nothing works. Some of you have mentioned that you use the buttons on your steering wheel to answer your calls. I don't have buttons that are phone specific on my steering wheel. I'm wondering if the dealer didn't complete the installation...? I've had the car for a month and wasn't really planning on using the BluLogic but now NY state gives you 2 points on your license in addition to fines so I thought I'd better start using BluLogic.

 

I have BluLogic in another Toyota product, here's a good reference on all the methods of using it: http://http://www.blulogicupdate.com/?page=welcome&lang=eng . If they don't work, I'd return to the dealer. No problems at all with mine.
