Finally pulled the trigger on a III with Nav lastnight after much lurking on PC, this site has loads of useful information and I look forward to sharing my own when I get up to speed. Traded off my Ford crew cab averaging 11-13mpg, I can see it will take a bit of getting used to but for the trade off in mileage I believe it will be well worth it.
Welcome to PC! I have the same model/package down in Wichita. 14 months and 20,000 miles and we love it. I traded a Crew Cab Tacoma, going from ~19mpg avg to 50.1 mpg avg.
Welcome and congrats ! I also have the same package in Winter Gray. I came from a Jeep Grand Cherokee. It takes a little adjustment to a smaller vehicle but not to the higher mpg
Well good to see you Pooka, funny thing is I saw your pics posted with the tinted windows and that pretty much sealed the deal on me getting one, then I noticed the buildings downtown in the background and had to laugh.
Congrats on your new Prius III and welcome to PriusChat. As you've read on PC, lots of fun technology, cool looks and lots of MPG and maintenance savings. How can you beat all that except maybe opt for Barcelona Red!

I just got my III with nav and solar in Blizzard Pearl, I'm in KC too and got mine from Performance Toyota! congrats!
