Install a Gen 3 Blue Lit Emblem on a Gen 2?

    Has anyone installed a glowing Gen 3 blue light special on a Gen 2 Prius? I think it would look great on my blue 2008. Anyone?...anyone? Bueller?:confused:

    but the gen3 embleem is bigger or not?

    1st of all, the Gen III emblem does not glow
    2nd, the Gen III emblem is not the same size, its bigger
    3rd, if you want a different colored emblem in carbon fiber visit more-japan.com and place an order through the phone for a hasepro carbon fiber emblem sticker. This is a JDM product that they will order for you. Here's the original site

    It'd be nice if the Gen 3 emblem could be replicated for the Gen 2 size.

    there was a topic .. a guy made a glowing gen 3 logo.
    so that what i was refurring to.
    i no OEM its not glowing

    Well I KNOW this definitely just confused me. I read it 4 times and still didn't understand it. Did someone accidently shave a cat and are attempting to "refur" it?? Is this what you're referring to? :)
