    Let's look at my first year of Prius ownership by the numbers:

    1.9% financing
    0 accidents
    0 unschedule maintenance
    0 door dings
    0 chicks picked up
    1 free oil change
    1 recall
    1 rough start
    365 days of free XM!!!!!!!
    total distance: 15616km
    total gas used: 782L
    annual mileage: 47mpg (summer avg: 54mpg, winter avg: 40mpg)

    =1 happy boy

    If gas was $1/L, I saved just over $1000 compared the average of last 3ys on my 4cyl Honda Accord. I did drive less this past year but the savings are still massive.

    You didn't mention how many traffic tickets for speeding?

    Also, how many engine belts did you have to replace? Oh, that's right, the Prius doesn't use belts! Nice...

    Picking up chicks just adds extra weight to carry around and that reduces mpg, so it's not all bad.

    I guess I can do it once per year...ha..ha.
    $1000 Bucks is nice:D Easy to own!!
